Our policies are designed to balance flexibility for travelers with fairness to our team, local partners, and service providers.
Refunds are processed based on the trip duration and time left before departure.

We work hard to run trips as planned, but sometimes things beyond our control — such as extreme weather, natural disasters, government orders, or other force majeure events — may require changes or cancellations.
